Talent Management Role - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Looking for a candidate for Talent Management role with a FMCG organization based at Gurgaon.
The position is functionally accountable for:-
1. Training & Development
- Identifying, developing and managing training programs as per OD strategy and TNA
2. Performance Management
- Designing, implementing and coordinating the appraisal exercise across the company.
- Coordinating the process of moderations, performance management and career progression thereof.
- Aligning performance and compensation programs.
3. Talent management
- Lead and drive all talent management and OD initiatives in the organisation
- Lead activities such as defining competencies, assessing them, identifying high potential employees.
