For one of our clients, which is Leading Cooperative Bank based at Mumbai., we are searching for a Talent Management professional for their Head Office at Mumbai.
Company - Financial House.
Title - Talent Management.
Reporting - Head HR.
Location - Mumbai.
Summary of the role :
The position will focus on succession planning, leadership development, coaching and employee engagement. Develop, implement and address talent needs. Design and implement career development strategies, tools and resources.
1. Creating definitions of talent for different talent pools
2. Designing succession and contingency frameworks, learning curriculum and development initiatives
3. Plan and Execute Talent Management programs to grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and leadership development
4. Work with Senior leaders and facilitate the overall implementation of career mapping of high potentials as Successors
- Should have worked in the area of Talent Management for at least 10-12 years.
- Salary will be as per industry standards.
