Talent Management Role (5-7 yrs)
- To work in pursuance with Talent Management & Capability Building team's annual plan and achieve goals as set for every quarter. To extend due support to Head - TM & CB with qualitative analysis and program impact in addition to independently achvg results as set out for the position by Reporting Manager
- Assist Head-Talent management to identify and develop talent management strategies, identify gaps, and plan processes for leaders at various levels to ensure business alignment and effective talent solutions
- Assit in the execution of talent management programs like Assessment/Development Centers,
- Identifying Critical Positions at all levels and put in place a communication framework to ensure a sustainable, transparent talent architecture.
- Assist the TM Lead for preparation of succession management plan for the senior leaders and execution support .
