Responsibilities : - Support the building and execution of the Skill Ladder across the different job families in the business unit - Draft and deliver on the blueprint for proficiency levels and related upskilling and training across on-roll employees and associates - Partner with the business to build and deliver the manager capability framework Initiates and owns BAU and projects for the function KRAs : - Support the build of the Skill Ladder in line with the job families and career bands; - Make the Skill Ladder real and relatable for the business in partnership with the Performance Management Process priorities; - Integrate Training Needs Analysis as part of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) - Build and re-engineer relevant templates around IDP's and subsequent training (functional, technical and soft skills) - Develop metrics that measure development in dimensions beyond "training hours" - Execute on a separate manager capability framework for people managers - Partner with teams upstream and downstream to deliver the mandate Competencies : - Proven track record of working across the employee lifecycle of Talent Management (including Training Needs Analysis, Competency/Leadership Frameworks, Training Content Design etc.,) - Strong practical knowledge of the Learning &amp; Development/Talent space with networks across organizations and peer groups - Competent at running people capability programs for diverse stakeholder groups/organizations - Development and administration of people management protocols in key HR processes Candidate Profile : - Post Graduate in HR/ER for premier institute 2016-2018 pass outs only
