Talent Management & Organization Development Role - Contractual (6-15 yrs)
Our client is looking for an experienced TM/OD professional for a fixed term contract.
The incumbent should have -
1) Experience in succession planning, Hipo development, assessment centres, development centres
2) Experience in change management, organisation restructuring, organisation development
3) Manage performance cycles, talent reviews and IDPs
4) Experience in creating hipo and hiper programs
MBA is preferred
