Talent Management Leader - IIM/XLRI/SCMHRD/TISS (8-12 yrs)
- Lead Talent & Leadership development budgeting and monitor adherence to the budget for the organisation
- Standardise and identify gaps in organisation level HR policies and processes for Talent Management, Leadership Development & OD
- Drive talent management process design, talent retention programs, career pathing, career management interventions and its implementation
- Develop and implement career progression programs, including methods such as Assessment and Development Centers (ADC), behavioural competency framework, to identify high-potential employees and nurture their growth for current and future roles
- Develop and lead succession planning programs to identify key positions and potential successors within the organization
- Implement learning and development programs for identified successors
- Oversee the Performance Management process, including the design, implementation, and monitoring of performance evaluation frameworks
- Develop performance improvement programs to enable individual performance
- Drive initiatives aligned to the culture road-map of the organisation
Requirement:
- Full time MBA from a Tier-1 institutes
- 8-12 years of total work experience with prior experience in designing talent management strategy and Learning & OD frameworks
