The Incumbent is responsible for leading talent development programs, new employee onboarding processes, employee engagement, and leadership succession processes. A key element of this role will be to build marketing and communication plans that drive enrolment to key programs. - Master- s Degree with a focus on Training & Development, OD or related discipline.&nbsp; - Overall HR experience between 8-12yrs with a Minimum of 6 years of experience of increasing responsibility and proven track record of designing and delivering TM, Learning and OD programs/processes with demonstrated success.&nbsp; - Strong leadership skills, even as an Individual Contributor. Ability to work independently with some direction from senior leadership.&nbsp; - Strong client-focused consulting skills and training delivery &amp; facilitation capabilities.&nbsp; - Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking/analysis, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp; - Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to sway and influence at the leadership level.&nbsp; - Experience in the assessment of training needs using best-practice methods and tools.&nbsp; - Strong knowledge and experience with a variety of talent management processes and systems (such as performance management, succession planning, engagement, etc.).&nbsp; - Ability to work on multiple assignments with an orientation towards achieving results and prioritize demands and deliver results in high energy, fast-paced environment.&nbsp; - Experience with talent-related metrics and data analytics.&nbsp; - Experience with Workday (preferable), excel, PowerPoint, MS suite, Power BI( (preferable).&nbsp; - Communicates and collaborates with her own team &amp; others openly and clearly to ensure forward progress.&nbsp; Travel 10 % : - Certification in Leadership training, psychometric assessments, coaching skills, etc., will be an added asset.
