Talent Insight Lead - Media Agency

We are looking for a Talent Insights Lead - India is responsible to build, develop, and streamline people reports for all functions and collaborate with all business leaders and stakeholders to help them drive an engaged people team and higher business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate regular data cleanup and reporting across the Talent organization

- Ensure the collection and use of people-related data from all sources; develop key metrics to measure employee utilization, engagement, recruitment, performance, and retention.

- Build scalable, customizable analytics to automate insights and findings

- Develop powerful dashboards and assist in building our predictive analytics offering

- Perform data analysis across multiple platforms, identify trends and partner with India -Head - Talent Operations and Technology on suctioning and reporting.

- Review existing processes and structures on a quarterly / Bi-annual basis for operational efficiencies

- Provide ad hoc reports for key stakeholders as requested

- Could grow as a partner or lead various Talent Operations interventions and programs

Requirements:

- 5-7 years Talent Data and Insights experience.

- Expertise in MS Excel & Macros and Visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau.

- Ability to proactively collect, transform, analyze and visualize data with high degree of end-to-end solution orientation.

- Possess excellent knowledge of HR business processes and methodologies along with direct hands-on experience in talent systems, process design, configuration and implementation.

- Superior written, presentation, analytical, quantitative, and verbal skills

- Able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of seniority and comfortable working directly with India leadership groups.

- Extremely well organized, process-driven and dedicated, with an outgoing personality and can-do attitude
