Required exp : 1-3 years of Exp in HR functions like onboarding, Separations, Employee Engagement & Benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for providing end to end critical operations support to functions such as onboarding, separations, benefits, and employee engagement processes.

- Responsible for employee engagement related activities such as driving and implementing and executing events and initiatives like happy hours, parties, internal sports tournaments, intellectual competitions, hobby workshops and wellness activities.

- Responsible for managing day-to-day operational work
