- The candidate should have an MBA in human resources with over three to five years of work experience in talent development

- Candidate must possess prior experience in designing instructor-led and online learning programs including facilitator, participant guides, and learning job aids

- An ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset and an approach to creating learning experiences that will lead to improved learner engagement and retention levels

- The candidate should have passion for the talent development domain as well as robust networking and stakeholder management skills

- Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to learn quickly and execute with discipline, along with keen attention to detail

- An ideal candidate should have the ability to collaborate and work with employees at all levels of the organization

- Candidate should have proficiency with MS Office

- The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders

- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-moving, high-energy, and highly collaborative environment
