- As Quartile continues to grow, it is an exciting time to join the team. As the Recruiter, you will have an outsized influence on a lot of start-up founders and their key hires, as a function of the caliber of talent you are able to hire.
- Talent Acquisition is a massive priority, and we operate in a progressive hiring environment in which hiring the best -- versus - making the hire- -- guides everything we do. Recruiters who thrive here are adept at coaching and partnering with their hiring teams defining what the best looks like for a given role; hunting down that caliber of talent, and ensuring that we make amazing hires for our founders/ VC and startup ecosystem.
About You/Roles & Responsibilities:
1. You're a highly-seasoned, recruiter who is willing and able to be hands-on in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, while partnering and influencing at the highest levels of the business/stakeholders you support.
2. Smart and deeply curious, you enjoy asking what makes different businesses tick, and are driven to understand how different parts of the business fit in with one another and impact each other. You're generally excited about technology.
3. You're excited to be able to impact the hiring brand in India and appreciate the importance of that brand to hiring success, as well as the tremendous and direct impact which you- ll have on the Start-up ecosystem.
