Description :
- Managing Talent Acquisition for India and UAE
- Implementing company Service Level Agreements & Policies for Talent Acquisition
- Formulating hiring plans for budgeted manpower and replacements
- Building strong professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Developing sourcing strategies for roles
- Sourcing, headhunting and building talent pools
- Owning and communicating dashboards for key stakeholders across the region
- Drafting Standard Operating Procedures
- Preparing and publishing vacancies
- Implementing cost-effective recruitment programs
- Utilising competency based interviews to access applicants
- Coaching and guiding stakeholders on Interview Skills
- Negotiating and finalising remuneration as well drafting offer letters for applicants
- Working with the Talent Partner in the UK to manage the talent acquisition process and align the process globally.
- Propose and implement an internal application process with additional support for any employee seeking redeployment.
Profile :
- 2-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition
- Hand on experience in recruitment including leadership level hiring
- Experience managing senior stakeholders from the business
