- Leading Team of 5-7 (Recruitment & Operations) for Gujarat region

- Hiring for various clients through Job Portals like Naukri & LinkedIn, Head Hunting Process, Campus, etc.

- Preparing Reports and updating the tracker for PAN INDIA requirements.

- Non It and It Hiring (Blue Collar, First Mile, Last Mile and White Collar Business)

- Tracking of attrition percentage & plan manpower recruitment as per the business requirement

- Handling Escalations, Micro Management, Tracking the reports of recruitment & invoicing.

- Managing various stakeholders

Experience: 4-9 years

Education: Graduate/MBA

Working days: 5 days

Location: Ahmedabad
