- Designed Job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles.
- Designed KRA and variable pay structure along with disbursal structure for leadership team.
- Tie ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders.
- Supervising and mentoring TA process for reporting team.
- Supervising and designing promotion strategy in digital media platforms.
