Required Exp : 0-5 years
Educational Qualification : Postgraduate in HR from Top Colleges or B-Schools
Responsibilities for Lateral hiring:
- Play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies.
- Drive and enhance various recruitment programs while streamlining the existing processes
- Lead initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team
Responsiblities for Campus Hiring :
- Responsible for planning and executing all on-campus recruitment activities, including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews,
- Responsible for designing, executing, and refining campus recruitment strategies for all technology groups.
