2 - 4 years into talent acquisition
ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
- A talent acquisition professional with about 2-4 years of experience of into largely talent acquisition (preferably start up hiring).
- The candidate needs to be open to hiring for both tech and non tech roles.
- He/she will hire across levels and domains.
- The role to start off with entail largely sourcing through channels like LinkedIn etc and supporting the senior HR members and will then evolve and expand into other areas depending on the candidate's skills and capabilities
- Require proven experience in closing critical positions and innovative ways of hiring. Also good experience of sourcing through LinkedIn and handling of various types of roles
- Startup hiring experience a big plus
