Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technical Recruitment - Intrnet/Online (4-8 yrs)
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be directly involved in shaping the organisation and laying the platform for the future growth. You will handle the entire end to end recruitment process from finding great talent till the offer stage.
- We are looking for a technical recruiter who loves working on hiring as their first preference.
- They should find it exciting to find the right candidate and get a rush of adventure when challenged with converting the most unlikely candidate into an applicant, and a sense of achievement when the right person joins the team to enhance the capability exponentially.
Requirements :
- implement a recruitment plan to attract high quality applicants.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Refine the interviewing & selection approaches to speed up closures and joining.
- Build a healthy talent pipeline to engage and nurture for future conversions.
- Swift seamlessly between high volumes and quality of applications.
- Maintain success metrics and ROI on recruiting.
- Startup experience is a mandate
- experience in vendor management and stakeholder management
- expertise in Negotiation skills
