Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Leads in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, Job Descriptions and plans for sourcing talent.
Employer Branding: Experience in designing and building Employer Branding Initiatives (Social Media / Campus/Buddy Programs)
Candidate Experience: Designing and Executing seamless Candidate Experience and onboarding for new hires.
Hiring Dashboard: Design and Manage analytics for hiring related dashboards
Excellent understanding of full cycle Recruitment processes.
- Hands on experience with Tech Hiring Experience.
- Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals
