Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pharma (6-15 yrs)
SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
To be responsible for entire gamut of talent acquisition of all levels for Corporate and SRC and for Band II & above position of plant. Additionally, developing organization structure and roles/job descriptions. Leading recruitment process improvements, including improving our candidate profiling and on-boarding practices. Will be the main contact for hiring high caliber talent in our organization and drive talent inventory and pipeline build-up to achieve our business goals.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Ensure appropriate talent management processes
- Ensure the timely induction of all new joiners.
- On time confirmation conversation with new employees
- Timely talent acquisition within agreed recruitment cost budgets
- On time sourcing of profiles
- Leading recruitment process improvements, including improving our candidate profiling and on-boarding practices.
- Developing organization structure and roles/job descriptions
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
TALENT ACQUISITION
- To consolidate the manpower plan for all levels and in consultation with various department heads and HR Head. Identify the Talent acquisition plans in consultation with HR Head.
- Develop the hiring strategy for all levels. Determine the talent acquisition budgets.
- Develop a network of placement agencies, identify traditional and other non-traditional sources to provide a pipeline of high-quality talent
- Ensure implementation of selection processes including empanelment process of placement agencies
- Undertake the screening and selection process including interviews together with functional/business managers up to Band III B and finalise hiring
- Ensure completion of salary offers in time and follow up with candidates
- Track open positions with TAT for each hiring and take corrective measures.
- Ensure smooth on boarding of new hires.
- Drive new sources of cost-effective hiring with focus on employee referral.
BUDGET
- Preparation of manpower budget
- Ensure the hiring as per the hiring budget
- Upkeep a record of all expenses incurred for hiring in a financial year
MIS / Documentation
- Ensure timely & accurate submission of HR dashboard
- Ensuring the timely updating of personal files and their sign off
Induction
- Ensure timely induction of all new joiners
- Confirmation Process
- Ensure timely confirmation of new joiners
- Ensure the 6 weeks feedback of new joiners
