- The incumbent will be expected to partner in running end to end recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from Sourcing to Candidate Offer with special focus on Referral campaigns internal talent movement
- Understanding the need and influencing business to hire talent keeping in mind succession gap and filling critical positions.
- Actively involved in campus hiring from Tier 1 Engineering Colleges
- It is imperative for the incumbent to build and develop an inclusive approach and establish excellent working relationships with key stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of the business plans and partner with them in working in filling succession plan gaps through external talent mapping exercise.
- Drive effective and periodic analytics and MIS to enable process adherence & compliance as per the organizational framework.Good with Excel.
