Digital Horizons - Talent Acquisition Specialist (3-7 yrs)

TA specialists will own the onus for sourcing, attracting and hiring awesome candidates with a winning attitude for open positions in Technology, Ai ML, Business, Strategy & Finance domains. Their perpetual challenge would be to meet organization's immediate and projected talent acquisition needs with Team mates who complement and empower the organizational culture and add irreplaceable value in their specific areas of core competence; co-creators in building the organization, one solid block at a time.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- A must is the enthusiasm to create the best team of capable and talented people for individual domains; backed by an articulate execution plan.

- As normal, the role would involve end to end recruitment right from sourcing the right candidate to closing the position.

- Effective development of recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using various networking tools

- It would be imperative to effectively analyze the recruitment database at hand and support the business operations, by developing creative insights which must result in exceptional & sifted talent hiring to support & accelerate the business performance.

- Part of the TA processes would involve combinations of following tasks


- Define job description and document specifications in conjunction with hiring manager.


- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.


- Conduct & coordinate various rounds of confidential interviews and present shortlisted candidate profile summaries

- Last but not the least - Engage, empower, enable employer branding and nurture positive relationships across.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Would be an people's expert having a combination of below skill sets plus whatever else it takes to get a job truly well done.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role, preferably in a technology, software product or e-commerce company.

- Innate ability to interact & network with people from different backgrounds and build solid personal rapport.

- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.

- Proficiency in using various online channels & recruitment portals.

- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

- Ability to work with tight hiring deadlines.

- Good time-management skills

- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field from a college of repute.
