Role : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Exp. - 3+ yrs
Qualification - MBA in HR from Premium B-Schools
Location - Gurgaon
- Handling Corporate level Talent Acquisition, Campus hiring, onboarding and induction activities
- Co-ordinating with Regional HR Managers to act as a central coordinating resource
- Manage new projects and interventions to bring in best of Hiring practices from the industry
- Undertake strategic initiatives to develop a strong network of hiring avenues
- Assess the talent gap in budgeted versus actual manpower. Implement workforce planning and forecasting to accomplish hiring targets.
- Build and execute campus hiring strategy to bring in best in-class talent from the campuses.
- Build the talent acquisition processes and infrastructure. You must have the experience and vision of creating a scalable recruiting strategy.
- Hands on execution of various digital / technological assessment tools, to be used in talent acquisition . Automate and deploy the right solutions for screening and testing the candidates.
- The position demands a holistic, strategic and hands on approach to handle theTalent Acquisition.
