Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end hiring for roles across software engineering, product, data, business, design, and operations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source, engage, and assess top talent using creative sourcing strategiesportals, social channels, and networking.
- Manage and enhance the candidate experience, ensuring clear, proactive communication throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, metrics, and hiring pipeline reports.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to improve reach and talent engagement.
- Support process improvements to make hiring more scalable and efficient as the company grows.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in AI or tech-first startups.
- Strong experience hiring both tech and non-tech roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, AngelList, GitHub sourcing, etc.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments and prioritize effectively.
- Stable employment history demonstrating consistency and accountability.
- Passion for building strong relationships and delivering great candidate experiences.
