Talent Acquisition Specialist - Electronic Payment Management Services Firm (6-10 yrs)

About the Company:

The Company is an electronic payment management services company. It focuses on leveraging technology which enables banks and other financial institutions to present invoices, bank statements and bills to consumers and collect and receive payments against them.

Role

This position will play a key role in analysing and fulfilling the Talent Acquisition needs of the Company and will bear ownership of delivering great results. The incumbent will play a key role in understanding requirements from various stake-holders and converting into attracting job specs, build sourcing strategies, design and implement impactful interview process.

Associate will be working in a deadline driven and target oriented environment. One who believes that great talent acquisition strategies helps the organisation in achieving long-terms objectives, will cherish an opportunity to run the show here.

Key Responsibilities:-

a. Identify to business needs and design hiring plan accordingly.

b. Playing a key role in strategising the hiring plan, identify the existing bottleneck and provide an impactful solution. Prepare the recruitment matrix for evaluation and publish weekly dashboards and monthly updates. Ensure TAT adherence.

c. Analyse the current environment and take corrective measures, understand the need of introducing automation solutions for running the end to end hiring scenario in smoothest manner including implementing ATS system.

d. Play an instrumental role in designing and implementing TA Policy and Process.

e. Design processes, ensure best possible documentation practises and enhance complete interview experience. You will have a good focus on employer branding activites too.

f. Research and explore the possibility and implement morden practices of hiring like conducting tech-talks, hackathon etc and introduce them to the Company.

g. Handle and analyse performance of external hiring vendors, manage and utilise them as per the needs while considering optimised result and budget into consideration.

h. Introduce other sourcing channels like Employee Referrals, internal sourcing along with the existing vendors

- Support in managing training / learning initiatives

- HR Analytics

- HR Business Partnering
