Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment efforts for a fast-growing EdTech startup.
This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and supporting broader HR initiatives to enable scalable people operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both Tech and Non-Tech roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
- Leverage various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Plan and coordinate orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support HR functions including digitization of core HR processes (payroll, leave, attendance, and performance management).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Assist in driving L&D initiatives, employee engagement, and internal policy implementation.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong understanding of hiring best practices, talent management, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, agile work environment
