- Responsible for leading hiring for technology verticals (Product / Data Science & Fullstack).

- Grown technology.

- Maintaining monthly recruitment & joining dashboards to analyze the best sourcing platforms.

- Closely working with stakeholders to forecast the hiring needs based on business growth plans.

- Ensure recruiting SLAs are met as defined in goal sheet.

- Identifying & utilization of the various sources as per the requirements and maintaining recruitment dashboards
