- 5+ years of strategic partnering across Talent Acquisition organization and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in building sourcing techniques that helped maximize the impact of passive, referral and active candidates
- Experience in scaling technical recruiting teams to meet needs of a growing recruiting organization
- You will be a proven hands-on leader, able to coach and develop a high caliber and efficient team.
- Expert knowledge of sourcing best practices and candidate sourcing channels. Solid understanding of technology industry, latest trends & tools
- Masters of Business Administration
Preferred Qualifications :
- Leading a team of sources in India supporting various regions in a Hi-tech company will be an added advantage.
