Entities under the Page Group The Page Group consists of 3 entities: - Page Executive: Handles CXO & Executive level hiring. Formally launched in India in 2021. - Michael Page (You are being interviewed for this entity): Our flagship entity in India where it was launched in 2011. Handles mid to senior level hiring. Though this range will differ across teams and functions, more than 90% of hiring will fall within the range of a CTC of INR 25 L to 1 Cr. - Page Personnel: Takes care of temp, contractual and entry level hiring. We don't have this entity currently in India as the job market here hasn't developed enough for it to be a viable option yet. - Page Outsourcing: Takes care of RPO model under PageGroup Team Structure across Offices We currently have 3 offices in India: Gurgaon, Mumbai & Bangalore. The Gurgaon team takes care of organizations headquartered in the North and east of India, the Mumbai team does it for West India and the Bangalore team for South India. Within each office, teams are divided on the basis of functions. So within the Gurgaon office, you have separate teams taking care of recruitment within particular functions, like Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering, Procurement & supply chain etc. You currently are being interviewed for the Gurgaon Marketing team. These functional teams are further sub divided across Industries. For example, the Gurgaon marketing team has got separate consultants working on industries like Energy & Utilities, Telecom, Auto, Industrial manufacturing, Retail, FMCG etc. The idea behind this is to develop a strong functional as well as industrial expertise in the patch that you are hiring for, so that the market identifies you as an expert within your patch. This also means that for the same client or account, there will be multiple people in touch, for business within their respective functions. 1.
