Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events, to identify potential candidates for non-tech leadership positions.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methods to ensure they meet the requirements and align with our organization's values. Engage and build relationships with potential candidates, promoting our organization's brand and opportunities to attract top talent.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job postings, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and providing timely updates to hiring managers and candidates.
