Client Details

Our client is a US-based private equity investment firm that has invested in many fast-growing start-ups in India.

Description

Reporting to the Head HR the responsibilities will include:

- Working closely and analyzing the needs of the Business Units within India

- Develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders and business leaders

- Create and execute an effective Recruitment strategy in line with the hiring targets

- Driving Talent Acquisition Strategy for the company by effectively utilizing innovative sourcing strategies

- Implementing latest hiring technology in the internal hiring processes

- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools

Profile

The successful candidate comes with 7-10 years of experience as an HR Specialist in the field of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. You have a full-time management degree in Human Resources from a top-tier business school and have the experience of working in a leadership level hiring role. You have worked in an MNC set up and are from the IT Product company or an exec search background. You have strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication skills.
