- Engaging with Senior stakeholder management

- Managing the ATS Tools

EXPERIENCE:

- 7- 12 years' years' in Talent Acquisition

- Proven experience of working within the talent acquisition team pharmaceuticals/CRO/CDMO companies

- Sound knowledge & experience of working on HRMS - Taleo, Workday etc.

- Benchmarking of policies, processes or experience in any operational excellence projects
