Onboarding
- Takeover the candidate profile from Candidate management post offer is released and ensure seamless engagement with the candidate
- Implement the Onboarding protocols and complete necessary joining formalities
- Administer background verification and medical verification and ensure reports are submitted before candidate's joining
Induction
- Prepare the joining formalities and personnel file of the employee and enter the payroll input file on the day of joining
- Receive the candidate on the day of joining and ensure induction protocols are followed
- Ensure new joiner experience is managed by effective coordination with various functions within enablement functions and ensure a seamless assimilation of the new joiner
- Own and execute the planned classroom induction in liaison with TA function and Business Leaders
- Payroll input preparation and sharing it with Payroll vendor within timeline to ensure new joiners receive salaries on time
