Talent Acquisition Role - Non Technical Hiring - SaaS Firm (4-8 yrs)
Talent Acquisition_Non Tech - for a well known SAAS Based Organization - Bangalore
- Candidates working in SAAS, ADTECH, MARTECH Companies are preferred
Responsibilities :
- Positions handled in Non-Tech hiring - Entry level to executive level
- Has strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including - research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing.
- To collaborate with different teams to get schedules and set up interviews
- Use different platforms to source candidates using correct search strings
- Maintain recruitment database with all candidate records
- Manage the end to end life cycle of recruitment
- Act as liaison with employment agencies
What do we expect from you?
- 4-6 years of non technical recruitment experience
- A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience - Masters degree or MBA a plus point.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Experience with creating search strings (Boolean search)
- Experience in working with Social Media and other channels of sourcing
- Start-up and people management experience is preferred
