Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

- Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

- Proactively reach out to passive candidates to assess interest and suitability for open positions.

- Craft compelling job descriptions and postings that accurately represent the role and the company.

Screening and Selection:

- Review and evaluate incoming resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the company culture.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish evaluation criteria and interview processes.

Interview Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers, ensuring efficient communication and timely feedback.

- Provide candidates with necessary information about the company, role, and interview process.

Candidate Assessment:

- Administer skills assessments, tests, or other pre-employment evaluations as required for specific roles.

- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

- Address candidate questions, concerns, and provide regular updates on their application status.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.

Employer Branding:

- Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer brand through engaging job descriptions, compelling social media posts, and positive candidate interactions.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to provide insights for attracting and retaining top talent.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements.

- Collaborate with HR team members and hiring stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
