- Having good experience in leadership hiring
- Should have strong experience in Talent Acquisition
- Identify and execute a data-based approach to talent acquisition. Implement CRMs and applicant tracking systems to efficiently gather data-driven action points.
- Design and implement leadership hiring processes.
- Define the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that Topprs hiring strategy must achieve.
- Should have experience of recruiting across India in Advisory
