- Experience in managing complex, TA automation projects, customization of ATS systems - techno functional support and any other TA related automation systems as per business requirements, legal and compliance

- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition performing full life cycle recruitment and end to end recruitment processes. Preferably hands on recruiting experience with any ATS as an end user initially and subsequently as techno - functional lead

- Proficient with standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

- Curiosity and interest in exploring new technology, capabilities and tools related to TA function

- Aptitude for synthesizing information from external and internal experts and recommending a best course of action.

- Global experience - a strong plus

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Work closely with TA Functional Head in managing processes, policies and compliance framework, while ensuring consistent experience to candidates and hiring managers.

- Ensure data integrity, current policy, process and procedures and implementation of improvements, are within the framework of legal and compliance.

- Develop and implement process for ongoing audit and update of TA policies. Manage the TA compliance monitoring and testing program in accordance with Internal Audit; Oversee follow up and remediation on findings or recommendations from audits

- Consistently monitor and benchmark best practices and technology in TA and support TA Functional Head by recommending improvements, standardization of TA operations in line with compliance.

- Ensure training in regular intervals to recruitment team on process, procedures and policy requirements - both existing and new. , as well as leveraging all technologies available to deliver the best service to the business stakeholders and candidates.

- Identify opportunities with TA processes for automation - ATS evaluation, shortlisting and enhancements, implementation of BOTS, programmatic job boards and launch of new systems related to TA - conceptualization to implementation.

Support the TA Functional Head to analyse recruiting data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of recruiting strategies and measure ROI
