About DE SHAW :

- The D. E. Shaw group is seeking a skilled product manager/business analyst to join the Enterprise Development team based out of the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. The team is gearing up to rebuild the entire infrastructure and applications to cater to growing needs around process efficiency and strategic decision making.

- The projects will provide the opportunity for the business analyst to work on the entire product lifecycle, from need identification and product conceptualization to product delivery for multiple entities and stakeholder groups. This role also provides opportunities for growth

We are open to looking at the following categories of candidates for this role :

- MBA Freshers from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges who are interested in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

- MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges with 0 - 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition from our competitor firms only

- Candidates who have done internship in TA are also preferred if they are 2018 batch pass out.

- Bachelors with three years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition from financial giants/investment giants etc.

- Candidate with good Communication Skills
