Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
- Prioritize the positions to be catered
- Create job descriptions according to the vacancy.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Daily or Weekly pipeline updates to Business Managers and coming up with workable solutions to challenges faced during hiring cycle
- Individual contributor as well as mentor for the team to perform and achieve the target
- Coordinating with various stake holders for the hiring process and fulfilling the requirements.
Required Experience :
- Must have 2 - 3 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience.
- Should be well-versed with the use of major job portals.
- Must have good communication skills and professional attitude.
- Masters Degree is a must
