CTC : 50 LPA Position: TA Manager for IT Hiring Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai Job Responsibilities: - Experience in hiring for technology profiles such as Developers (UI/UX, Full Stack, .net, SQL Server, Java, J2EE Springs), Scrum Master profiles, Business Analysts, Tech operations, Tech infrastructure, etc. - Implement new talent acquisition strategies & support in implementation of existing selection mechanisms. - Adhere to hiring specification and hiring SLA for all new hires/replacements. - Report plan vs. the actual hiring on a Monthly / Quarterly / Annual basis. - Manage the communication of the employer brand to all relevant external stakeholders (lateral recruits) for effective hiring. - Conduct competitive intelligence by reviewing competitors' employer branding strategies and determining availability of specific talent profiles. - Leverage MIS to capture inputs for manpower planning & talent sourcing for future. - Adhere to the operating budget for recruitment. - Maintain a database to create a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Full time Graduation + MBA - 3 - 8 years overall experience with good understanding of recruitment. - Preferably from Technology companies or Tech Start-ups.
