Urgently Hiring- TALENT ACQUISITION+ HRBP (70:30) - Mumbai

Experience of Recruitment and HRBP IS MANDATORY

CTC : Upto 25 LPA (Including Variable)

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : MBA (Full Time ONLY)

- Support Group Head Talent Staffing on driving initiatives across the businesses with specific focus on institutionalizing the new processes, policies & systems towards strengthening the Employee Value Proposition, Employer Brand & Recruitment Capability.

- Driving internal mobility through and ensuring processes and policies are in place to facilitate smooth internal movement of an employee from one business or business unit to another.

- Scout for opportunities for employer branding among diversity talent pool through partnerships with organizations / forums driving this agenda

- To benchmark and implement policies / practices in the area of Recruitment and Onboarding in order to identify and engage high quality talent and enhance the quality of Hire.

- Proactive Mapping & Select Searches Support.

- Support recruitment program as required.
