- The Talent Acquisition member will provide assistance to Talent Acquisition Partners, crafting job description, collating interview feedback and maintaining databases with candidate information.

- If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods, we'd like to meet you.

- This is a unique opportunity to join an elite Talent Acquisition team and partner with business leaders to on-board best in class talent for growth in their Mumbai and Pune offices.

- Through collaborative working relationships with the business, the Talent Acquisition team provides a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps and, subsequently, working to develop a network of passive candidate pools to meet those critical business needs.

- Organize candidates' data (for example, resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases

- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants and hiring managers, as needed

- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)

- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests

- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)

Job Qualifications & Key Attributes :

- The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of recruiting operations experience, within a fast-paced, high-growth and volume industry. Additionally, the candidate should possess:

- Prior stint as Recruitment Coordinator, HR Assistant or a similar operational role in Financial/Technology services

- Support a team of recruiters and hiring managers to provide a positive, efficient and prompt candidate experience.

- Identify process and candidate experience enhancements utilizing WorkDay recruiting and HR Information Systems.

- Support the coordination of all recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, supporting candidates through the interview and initial onboarding process, acting as a candidate liaison throughout the recruiting process

- Ensure all necessary candidate documentation for background checks is obtained and candidate is kept informed throughout the onboarding process.

- Showcase evidence of collating feedback from hiring managers and endorse back to the candidates

- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)

- Exposure to Financial and Technology Services, Asset Management, or Investment Management in Pune and Mumbai

- Experience with and strong belief in the importance of integrating diversity and inclusivity into recruiting processes
