- Candidate will be responsible for handling Non Tech Leadership Hiring.
- Having a experience of sourcing, Screening, Negotiation, offer management, people Management and Employee Engagement .
- Handled Mid and senior level positions in non Technical domain.Responsible to provide end-to-end solutions to manpower requirements right from demand planning until closures.
- Working closely with the Business Heads and supporting them strongly in closing all levels of resources with requisite & adequate skills within time frames.End to end Recruitment for Non-Tech Business units (Corporate) hiring. Develop and Execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements in given Turnaround Time(TAT).
- Working with internal Stakeholders for requirement gathering and understanding their hiring need.
- Preparing Job descriptions as per requirement.Sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through Job boards, Career site, LinkedIn, Nakuri.
- Regular Updates to Candidates on timely feedback and engaging them from screening til on boarding.Interacting with Internal Employees to Generate Referrals.
