Talent Attract COE (6-12 yrs) Job Overview: The role is responsible to develop and deploy programs to drive value creation in Talent Attract. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic: - Conceptualization and designing of projects to drive value creation in Talent Attract - Assess and analysis current practices in the industry and within the organisation. Track and benchmark market practices - Aptitude for research in job related areas especially Talent Acquisition - Project management for global projects, ensuring timely and quality completion of all program deliverables - Partner with the business and act as an advisor Operational: - Review and adapt Talent strategic priorities and programs to support business needs and requirements - Ensure quality standards are met consistently in all programs, compliance to standard processes, guidelines and templates in all deliverables - Implement Analytics programs to enhance and gain insights into Talent Acquisition and identify new potential - Develop and deploy improvement initiatives and automation tools - Lead Project Management efforts, ensuring accountability, ownership and reporting to leadership - Requirement gathering, Tracking and governance of projects, Stakeholder management Key Performance Indicators: - Continuous improvement in process improvements, standardised practices and automation initiatives with relevant metrics - Drive project execution and implementation globally and time adherence - Deliver seamless service to the stakeholders - Tracking and publishing key HR metrics - Project governance and audits Reporting Structure: - Reporting to: This position reports to Sr Manager Talent Attract COE Success Profile: Qualification &amp; Experience (Critical and Desirable) : - Degree in Human Resources will be preferred - Prior work experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition projects Know How (Critical and Desirable) : - Understanding of ITeS industry and hands on experience in Talent Acquisition - Data analysis - Strong concepts in Recruitment and frameworks - Strong marketing, brand building, and negotiation skills - Culture and know-how of global organizations - Automation, recent technologies and upcoming trends in market - Advanced excel and presentation making skills
