Talent Acquisition role in Tier 1 Colleges Campus Hiring
- Create and track annual campus calendar specific to campuses/ universities/ Colleges
- Understanding internal business requirements and executing engagement strategies to meet their need through campus recruitment.
- Build relationships with internal HR partners, business leaders, and other stakeholders
- Manage Logistics including Panel Briefing, Travel and Accommodation, feedback forms and End to end Management of On-Campus Hiring Drives
- Handle the pre onboarding engagement plan
- Collaborate with Payroll team for processing intern stipend
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders for offer generation, travel, accommodation, and allocation of campus hires
