Talent Acquisition Role - BFSI

- Urgent Opening for Recruiter / Talent Acquisition must have experience in recruiting Telecom, FMCG Sector & BFSI Sector.

- Will be responsible for end-to-end TA planning, branding, executing & onboarding of new talent. TA of early hires from interns, campus hires, lateral hires etc

Job Description :

- End to End Recruitment including onboarding

- Social Media Hiring, Passive Candidate Search

- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
