- End to End Recruitment
- Experience in hiring for Analytics or Big Data Technologies.
Responsibilities
- Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available.
- Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, previous employers etc.
- Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
- In case if they are selected then salary negotiation and follow up with them till onboarding.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
- Supports workplace diversity
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
- Minimum 4 years- experience recruiting in relevant industry environment
