We are looking at Talent Acquisition who can "Work from Home"

This is a work from home position - preference to candidates with media and entertainment experience.,

- Should have 24/7 internet access with Computer and a Mobile Phone

- Candidate should have min 5 years experience with hands on exp.

- Excellent Executive search skill sets

- Should have good exp. in mass hiring, across media fmcg verticals.

- Must possess good communication skills (spoken & written)

- Should be self- motivated & confident of handling mid and senior profiles

KRA

- :Screening of profiles, evaluate the profiles over the phone based on the shared job description.

- Sharing profiles with the client for the purpose of short listing of resumes.

- Follow up with the client for arranging interviews, scheduling the interview of the short listed candidates.

We shall also consider candidates who have worked in business development, Sales, media with good networking skills.
