SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop recruitment strategies and processes and customize them according to the hiring needs to support the overall business strategy.
- Engage with business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment, and other areas to support all recruiting of ITC.
- Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of ITC.
- Optimizing the candidate experience and branding strategies on social media platforms and build campus relations for fresher hiring.
- Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, and captive center recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to recruiting team.
- Develop and implement methodologies for recruitment dashboards and supporting analytically driven practices to optimize performance.
- Exhibit a high degree of ownership required to succeed in a high growth organization.
- Should have good sourcing and Headhunting experience using social platform, references, professional networking along with traditional tools.
- Manage stakeholders and establish a strong relationship with team.
- Work with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts like drafting job descriptions, evaluate resource forecasts, etc.
- Provide strategic guidance, thought leadership and operational assistance to the team & ensuring the desired numbers are achieved within deadlines.
- Manage and monitor recruitment strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency.
- Design and drive the onboarding program at ITC and ensure a gracious associate onboarding experience.
Additional challenges and responsibilities:
- Understand the complexity diverse environment (i.e. Type of hiring requirement, Customer requirement, organization, and benefit plans).
- Assist HR team through systems and process changes
- Good prioritization skills and ability to juggle with multiple roles without impacting the priority and criticality of any of the mandates
- Expertise in managing relationships through being solution oriented and high attention to detail
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements -
- Experience in handling the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
- Demonstrated track record of working with executive teams on capacity planning, recruiting strategy, delivery and data driven decision making
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and show resilience in a fast-paced, complex environment
- MBA/PGDBM in HR.
