Qualifications:

- Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent academic qualification

- 3-8 years of No- Technology recruiting experience with atleast 2 years in startup organizations

- Experience in conducting research, mapping target companies to engage and attract passive talent.

- Possess strong ability to source, pre-screen candidates and manage entire recruiting lifecycle efficiently.
