They are looking to hire a smart Talent Acquisition Manager for their organization in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for executing some very exciting projects across all levels in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Recruitment Strategy
- Own end-to-end hiring process, numbers & metrics
- Responsible for hiring across levels
- Ensure Timely & within-cost hiring
- Employer Brand Management
The Need
- PG/MBA in HR
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition
- Must Have exp in Hiring for Real Estate, EPC or Construction
- Be able to take responsibility for all hiring numbers
- Stake holder Management & Reporting
- Smart Communicator
